CAIRO – Egypt’s State Minister of Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs Nabila Makram has discussed with international expert Hany Moustafa ways of transferring international expertise to Egypt in advanced technologies spheres.
During the meeting, Makram said there is continued coordination between the government and experts in the various spheres in order to attain the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and keep abreast of recent developments in the world.
Makram, meanwhile, pointed out to the keenness of the Egyptian experts abroad to transfer their expertise to Egypt, according to a statement issued by the Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs Ministry on Thursday.
The minister also hailed the efforts exerted by the Arab Organisation for Industrialisation (AOI) under its Chairman Lt. Gen. Abdel Moneim al Terras in supporting the series of “Egypt Can” conferences in order to link Egyptian scientists and experts abroad with their homeland.
For his part, Moustafa, who is also Director of the Aerospace Programs in Canadian universities and senior researcher of aircraft engines manufactures and one of Egypt scientists abroad, said he stands fully ready to transfer his unrivalled experience to Egypt.
He, meanwhile, noted that he has prepared a proposal on establishing an Egyptian alliance to link the academic field with industry.
