CAIRO – Alexandria National Refining And Petrochemical Company (ANRPC)’s production of 95 and 92 octane gasoline increased to 1.9 million tons during the 2022-2023 fiscal year up by 130,000 tons from the previous year.
The company’s production contributes 30 percent of total production of such vital product.
Petroleum and Mineral Resources Minister Tarek el Molla said, in statements while touring the company’s premises on Thursday, that challenges that faced the company were addressed by carrying out a clear-cut future vision, expansion plans of production units and honest efforts of workers.
The minister instructed increasing gasoline production to reduce Egypt’s import bill.
The head of the company made a presentation on the new projects carried out by the company.
