PARIS – Head of the French Office for Immigration and Integration (OFFI) Didier Leschi said that nearly 99,000 Ukrainian refugees have arrived in France so far to benefit from ADA, the financial support paid to asylum seekers, France Info reported on Monday.
Leschi said that out of the seven million Ukrainian refugees, four million have returned to Ukraine.
He further noted that about 20,000 people are staying in private homes in France.
Meanwhile, the Dublin Regulation is a European Union law that determines which EU Member State is responsible for the examination of an application for asylum, submitted by persons seeking international protection under the Geneva Convention and the EU Qualification Directive, within the European Union.
