The cabinet media centre reviewed the ethical challenges of artificial intelligence (AI) and means of confronting them in light of the world’s growing dependence on AI in various fields, including healthcare, education, trade, industry and financing systems.
Estimates show that 35 per cent of world institutions use AI and 83 percent of companies placed AI as a top priority in their future strategies.
The centre said the excessive use of AI poses ethical challenges to individual privacy, freedom values, and innovation.
The center called on AI programmes’ developers and the bodies concerned to take all needed measures to shoulder responsibility of the outcome of such programmes.
