Cairo governorate has laid the first foundation stone for the construction of a new pedestrian bridge on Ramses Street.
Cairo governor Khaled Abdel Aal delegated Sunday his deputy Ibrahim Abdel Hadi to lay the cornerstone for the construction of the pedestrian bridge, in the presence of a host of MPs and head of Azbakia district Yehia el-Adgham.
The move would contribute to significantly reducing traffic accidents.
