Egypt’s Minister of State for Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates’ Affairs Soha Gendy launched on Saturday a camp for children of Egyptians living abroad.
The camp is part of the activities of the “Speak Arabic” presidential initiative, whose second phase is titled “Our Egyptian roots”. The initiative is meant to raise people’s awareness of their identity and great history.
The minister pointed out in a statement that the one-day camp will be organized by the end of August, urging children aging 8 to 13 years old to register for joining the event.
