Egypt’s Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli received on Sunday Head of Government of the Kingdom of Morocco, Aziz Akhannouch, upon his arrival at Cairo International Airport, where he is leading a high-level delegation on an official visit to Egypt to launch the first session of the Egyptian-Moroccan Coordination and Follow-up Committee.
The visit reflects the depth of fraternal relations between Egypt and Morocco and their shared commitment to further strengthening bilateral cooperation across various sectors.
The two prime ministers are scheduled to hold bilateral talks on Monday at the government headquarters in the New Administrative Capital, where discussions will focus on advancing joint co-operation and exploring new areas of partnership.
The two sides will also co-chair an expanded meeting with the delegations of both countries within the framework of the first session of the Egyptian-Moroccan Coordination and Follow-up Committee.
The session will conclude with the signing of a number of agreements and memoranda of understanding in several fields, aimed at enhancing co-operation and supporting the strategic partnership between the two brotherly nations.
