CAIRO – The Cabinet’s Information and Decision Support Centre (IDSC) has launched a new version of its IDSC application for mobile phones to provide news and research services more attractively and interactively.
Assistant Prime Minister Osama Al-Gohary has stressed that the launch of the new version of the application reflects the centre’s keenness to realise strategic goals based on establishing values to spread information, increase societal communication and enhance citizens’ access to official local and international sources of information and news easily and rapidly.
The new version of the application, which coincides with the second anniversary of the launch of the application, has several easily-accessed sections needed by users with nearly 4,000 relevant reports and articles covering different fields, including economic, social, administration and technological domains, among others.
The new version also has several tools, including multimedia, infographic, videographic and podcast, he added.
