During a large ceremony held by the company at the project and attended by a constellation of media professionals, public figures, dignitaries and many clients, Safwa Urban Development (SUD) Company celebrated the handover of the first phase of the “High City” compound in Obour City.
Occupying a total area of 36 acres and embracing 60 residential buildings, which house 1,100 units, the “High City” compound is located directly on Ahmed Orabi Square and on the central axis of Obour City. The first phase of the project comprises a set of 33 buildings with a total of 550 housing units.
During the handover ceremony, the Board of Directors thanked all people who participated and contributed to the success of design and construction of this huge project, foremost among which were “Sabbour Consulting, the ACE Moharram Bakhoum, ZDC Office, as well as the Al Shams Corporation for Contracting and the Image Consulting Office, and Grand Trust for Contracting, along with Design Makers Company”.
The SUD Company owns a huge portfolio of projects in various governorates, starting with the Greater Cairo projects, where the company owns 5 new residential, commercial and administrative projects in the New Administrative Capital. These NAC projects enjoy unique and stunning designs and locations.
In the Delta region of “Ras El Bar”, the SUD owns “Sunset 1” compound, overlooking the sea directly, and the “Sunset 3” resort.
Built on an area of 131,000 square meters, the Sunset 3 is 5 mini-compounds project including 1,550 residential units.
The company-owned “Sunset 2” resort is located in New Damietta, and includes apartments, villas and a commercial mall.
In the heart of New Mansoura City, there is existed the SUD-owned “The Pearl” compound – the company’s newest project that runs on an area of 60 acres and its units vary between residential buildings and villas.
