Ontario Developments announced the launch of its first project “Maple Business Complex” in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) with LE500 million investments.
Run on an area of 2,680 sqm in Downtown area of the New Capital, the Maple Business Complex is a medical administrative commercial mall, a senior company official said.
Vice Chairperson of Ontario Developments, Mahmoud Hamed, added that the project comprises 14 floors, in addition to 3 basements and garages. The ground, first, and second floors are dedicated for commercial units, and the rest are including administrative and medical units, numbering 300 units.
Construction works are scheduled to begin next January, he said, pointing out that the company has assigned Canadian Consulting Office RWDI to conduct engineering and construction designs.
This, he also said, is part of an expansion plan the company targets in the New Capital that LE2b of investments.
Chairperson of Ontario Developments Osama Mansour, for his part, said that the company aims to launch a series of projects for commercial, administrative and medical activities in the New Capital area, where the company owns a large land portfolio and has investment plan exceeding LE2 billion.
The project includes a garage with a mechanical system, as well as panoramic elevators, said Ibrahim Hassan, CEO of the company.
The Ontario Development is an Egyptian company with Canadian experience in structural and architectural engineering field, and is working to achieve international quality standards in all its projects, Ontario’s Managing Director, Gamal El-Din Bassiouny, concluded.
