Egypt-TEDA SEZONE Development Company hereby announces the opening of bidding for qualified and licensed providers to participate in the tender for Power Load Survey in expansion area belongs to Egypt-TEDA Development Company.

2. Works Overview: Due to the current limited power supply capacity in the park, the connected load from enterprises has already exceeded the available electricity capacity. Although the current electricity consumption has not yet reached the supply limit, as more companies continue to join and ramp up production, the electrical load will keep increasing. At some point in the future, the actual power demand of enterprises will surpass the maximum capacity provided by the park, leading to a serious situation where electricity becomes unavailable—particularly at the current Phase I distributor, which is already serving far more customers than its rated capacity allows, with further growth expected. To prevent such a scenario, we are now analyzing projected load growth trends throw the survey from customers, forecasting when each distributor will reach full capacity, and developing proactive solutions accordingly.

 Deadline for Announcement and Acquisition of Bidding Documents (Egyptian Time):

(1) The bidding announcement of this tender project will be published from 21/09/2026 to 27/09/2026.

(2) The deadline for obtaining the tendering documents for this bidding project is: 27/09/2026.

(3) The deadline for submission of the bidding documents for this bidding project is: 05/10/2026.

(4) The tenderer will not accept any bidder who fails to receive the bidding documents within the time limit.
