Following the success of Tawny and Garden Lakes, the company launches its latest integrated community

Hyde Park Developments has announced the launch of its latest project, “Signature,” in West Cairo, spanning an area of 57 feddans. The new development marks the company’s third major venture in 6th of October City, following the success of Tawny, which has begun delivery, and Garden Lakes, which sold out entirely.

This launch reflects the developer’s balanced expansion strategy across East, West, and North Cairo—strengthening its position as a trusted brand that consistently delivers integrated, high-quality communities aligned with the confidence of its clients.

“Signature” will feature approximately 910 residential units, including standalone villas, twin villas, and townhouses, catering to diverse family needs. The project enjoys a prime location adjacent to Al Gezira Sporting Club and just 10 minutes from the Grand Egyptian Museum. At its core lies a 15-feddan central park, offering outdoor workspaces, innovative office hubs, and fully integrated amenities—creating a cohesive environment that merges living, working, and leisure.

Eng. Amin Serag, CEO of the company, commented: “The launch of Signature marks another milestone in our journey of growth and expansion in Egypt’s real estate sector. Building on the success of Tawny and Garden Lakes, we’re introducing a new project that elevates the living experience and embodies our vision for sustainable, fully integrated communities defined by quality and innovation.”

He added that the company’s sustainable growth strategy aligns with Egypt’s Vision 2030, supported by a diversified land portfolio exceeding 2,200 acres. The new project, he said, “reflects our ambition to deliver premium, sustainable developments that enrich our customers’ lifestyles and reinforce our leadership position in the market.”

The company continues to deliver on its commitments, with Tawny, West Cairo’s first boutique compound, scheduled for handover before the end of 2025, and the final phase of Garden Lakes (“Park Residence”) launched following record-breaking sales in earlier phases.
