Kaspersky, a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions, is excited to share that it was rated a score of 4.6 out of 5 by customers – with 94% willing to recommend based on 83 responses – and named a Customers’ Choice in the recently published Gartner Peer Insights “‘Voice of the Customer’: Security Awareness Computer-Based Training, 2021” report.
Customer recognition of Kaspersky Security Awareness training is an acknowledgement of product capabilities as well as overall implementation effort.
According to the report, 83 customers shared their experience of negotiating with Kaspersky, contributing to a rating of 4.7/5 for the evaluation and contracting component. For service and support, Kaspersky achieved a rating of 4.7/5.
