The administrative court in Cairo Sunday ordered to reinstate the “elected” board of Zamalek Sporting Club under Mortada Mansour.
The court canceled a decision to freeze activities of the elected board and ordered its return until the end of its term.
Rulings of the administrative court are final and should be quickly implemented. Any challenges to the administrative court ruling cannot possibly make it ineffective.
Mansour and a number of his board members had filed a lawsuit calling for canceling the decision by the sports directorate to form an interim committee to run activities of Zamalek SC.
