Following the opening of the first lounge of Star Alliance in Asia at Guangzhou in 2024, Star Alliance has inaugurated a new lounge at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport in China, located in the newly opened Terminal 3.
The ceremony took place at the new lounge at Terminal 3 of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport and was attended by Ambaar Franco, VicePresident of Customer Experience at Star Alliance, and Qi Yaoming, Deputy General Manager of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.
Ten Star Alliance member airlines operate from Guangzhou Airport, including Turkish Airlines, Thai Airways, Air China, EVA Air, All Nippon Airways (ANA), Asiana Airlines, EgyptAir, Ethiopian Airlines, Shenzhen Airlines, and Singapore Airlines.
