The decision issued Wednesday by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi alongside other previous decisions pardoning those who were not involved in blood shedding and do not belong to any terrorist organization represent an impetus to the national dialogue, Parliamentarian and member of presidential exemption committee Tarek el Kholi said.
The decision also reinforces confidence among all parties of the political operation, he said.
In statements to MENA on Saturday, Kholi said that these decisions contribute to laying down positive vibes in light of the national dialogue operation in Egypt.
The presidential decisions have a great impact on all the political parties inside the Egyptian society, he said.
These decisions lay down the principles of tolerance and ability to build confidence and solidarity among all parties of the political operation, he added.
President Sisi issued presidential decree no. 329 of 2022 exempting seven prisoners against whom final judicial rulings were issued.
