CAIRO- Head of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi’s electoral campaign Mahmoud Fawzy voiced his pride in President Sisi’s decision to appoint him as head of his electoral campaign and its legal advisor in the upcoming 2024 presidential elections.
“This feeling chiefly triggered by my appreciation of the great sacrifices made, the sincere and diligent efforts of the president since 2014, the real comprehensive development the country has been witnessing at the sectoral and geographical levels, and a great belief in and hope for a better future,” Fawzy posted on his official Facebook account.
Earlier today, President Sisi appointed Fawzi as head of Sisi’s electoral campaign and its legal advisor in the forthcoming presidential elections, expected in December.
During the closing session of the “Story of a Homeland: Between vision and achievement” conference this evening, President Sisi officially announced on Monday that he will run for presidency in the upcoming election for a third term as president of Egypt.
