Egypt has condemned Israel’s decision to cut the electricity supply to the Gaza Strip, describing it as a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law and the Fourth Geneva Convention.
In an official statement, Egypt reiterated its categorical rejection of Israel’s policy of collective punishment, including the restriction of humanitarian aid to Gaza, warning that such actions will only escalate the humanitarian crisis in the region.
Egypt has called on the international community to assume its responsibility and take tge necessary measures to halt these violations and ensure the protection of civilians in Gaza.
