CAIRO – Nearly 100 Arab and African youth visited on Saturday the Petrified Forest Reserve.
The youth are currently participating in the Arab-African Forum to Strengthen the Role of Volunteers to Confront Climate Change, which is organized by the Youth and Sports Ministry in cooperation with the Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Irrigation.

Environment Minister Yasmine Fouad said the forum offers a unique opportunity for Arab and African youth to exchange visions on hazards of climate change.
According to the minister, the forum comes as part of Egypt’s preparations for hosting the COP27 conference in November.
