Chief Executive Officer of the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise Development Agency (MSMEDA) Nevine Gamea stressed the importance of US Congressional delegation’s visit to the fourth Turathna Exhibition.
The “Turathna Exhibition for Handicrafts and Heritage” is held at Egypt International Exhibition Centre (EIEC) in New Cairo. The exhibition, which will run until October 15, is held under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
During the delegation’s visit, Gamea expressed her appreciation of the US Congress visit, which reflects the international parties’ keenness on getting acquainted with the economic development that Egypt achieved in various sectors, including the small-sized enterprises sector, particularly handicrafts and heritage, which secured thousands of decent and sustainable job opportunities for citizens.
Gamea also lauded the confidence of the international community, institutions and international donors in the Egyptian economy.
