SHEBIN EL KOM– Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli said Tuesday that his field visit to Monufiya governorate reflects the government’s commitment to closely monitoring the progress of national projects in Egypt, particularly those under the presidential “Decent Life” initiative for rural development.

Speaking at the start of his tour, Madbouli said the visit aims to inspect and inaugurate a number of development and service projects in several villages and centers in the governorate.

The tour is part of ongoing field visits designed to accelerate the implementation of national projects, resolve obstacles, and ensure their completion within scheduled timelines to benefit citizens nationwide.”Our visit today includes reviewing projects currently underway under the ‘Decent Life’ initiative, particularly in the education and health sectors, as well as other projects that serve the residents of Monufiya,” Madbouli said.He noted that the government is working to complete the first phase of the initiative, which is expected to benefit some 18 million residents in targeted villages, in line with directives from President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to deliver projects on schedule.

Madbouli stressed that completing this phase will pave the way for the second phase of the initiative, which will further enhance services for citizens in all governorates. The prime minister was accompanied by Minister of Education Mohamed Abdel Latif, Monufiya Governor Ibrahim Abou-leimon, Deputy Minister of Housing Sayyed Ismail, Deputy Governor Mohamed Mousa, and senior local officials.
