CAIRO – Head of the Russian Federal Agency for Tourism (Rostourism) Zarina Doguzova has hailed the deep bilateral relations between Russian and Egypt as well as the continued joint cooperation mainly in the tourism field.
Doguzova made the remarks after her meeting with Egyptian Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Khaled El-Enany on the fringe of the 114th session of the World Tourism Organisation Executive Council in Madrid, the Russian Embassy in Egypt said in a statement on Facebook late Friday according to MENA.
Egypt is one of the favourite tourist destinations for the Russian tourists, expressing her appreciation for all measures that the Egyptian State has taken to support the tourism sector and increase the number of the visiting tourists.
The meeting took up means of fostering cooperation between Egypt and Russia in the tourism sector in addition to mechanisms of pushing up the number of the Russian tourists visiting Egypt.
