As many as 327 Tunisian nationals, who were evacuated from war-torn Ukraine, was received a warm welcome by Tunisian Foreign Minister Othman Jerandi as they touched down at Carthage International Airport, announced the Tunisian Foreign Ministry.
In a statement Wednesday, the Foreign Ministry said that 240 Tunisian nationals landed in their home country, after being evacuated from the Ukrainian-Romanian borders.
Meanwhile, a Tunisian military jet carrying 97 Tunisian nationals arrived home from Polonia, added the statement.
