MANILA – Philippine authorities are negotiating with Moscow on the supply of Russian fertilisers, Russian Ambassador to Manila Marat Pavlov told RIA Novosti.
“As far as I know, negotiations between Filipino companies and Russian fertiliser producers are already ongoing,” he said.
Pavlov noted that “the issue of fertiliser supply was raised at the highest level by the Philippine side.”
He said the strength of the Philippine economy is directly linked to the supply of fertilisers.
