BAGHDAD – The Iraqi security forces have sealed off Baghdad’s Green Zone, a security source said on Friday.
The move aims to prevent any emergency incidents in the area, the source added.
Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi said on Thursday that the government sticks to guarantee maintaining security and social peace and protect public and private institutions as well as diplomatic missions in Iraq.
