CAIRO – Egyptian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmed Abu Zeid expressed Egypt’s sincere condolences to France over the heinous and painful stabbing attack that took place earlier in the day in Annecy city, in southeast France, leaving a number of children injured.
“We condemn in the strongest possible terms the cowardly attack and stand in solidarity with the government of France as well relatives of the victims,” the spokesman posted on his Twitter account.
