Ghazl El-Mahalla broke their winless run with their first victory of the season, ZED and El-Gouna shared the spoils, and Ceramica Cleopatra battled their way to three points.

Al-Ahly, under Spanish coach Jose Riveiro, failed to find their rhythm despite a flurry of second-half changes, extending a disappointing run that has produced only one victory in seven outings under his charge, with four draws and two defeats.
