The Egyptian Holding Company for Airports and Air Navigation (EHCAAN) has announced the expansion of its medical insurance  programmeme to include the families of employees across the Holding Company and its affiliated entities, effective July.

This initiative comes in line with the directives of the Ministry of Civil Aviation and reflects EHCAAN’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the social dimension of employee welfare, supporting human capital, and promoting family and psychological stability among its workforce.

A leading healthcare provider currently contracted to deliver high-quality medical services to EHCAAN employees has also been selected to provide comprehensive medical coverage for their families.

Eng. Ayman Fawzy Arab, Chairman of EHCAAN, emphasised that this decision reinforces the Company’s efforts to deliver integrated healthcare and social support, recognising the dedication and ongoing contributions of its employees.

“We believe the stability and well-being of our employees and their families are essential to maintaining excellence and driving institutional development,” he stated.

Arab extended his appreciation to the members of the committee overseeing the contracting process, which included representatives from EHCAAN and its subsidiaries. Their efforts were instrumental in finalising the agreement with the healthcare provider and ensuring the best outcome for all parties involved.

The Chairman also highlighted that the contract was the result of an extensive study conducted over several months to develop the most effective and practical model for delivering comprehensive, high-quality medical care. The new coverage includes all medical specialties to meet the diverse needs of employees’ families.

Arab concluded by reaffirming that investing in human capital remains a fundamental priority for both the Ministry of Civil Aviation and EHCAAN, considering it the cornerstone for achieving development goals and institutional excellence.
