The Civil Aviation Authority concluded the general framework activities for the International Aviation Safety Program “State Safety Program” in collaboration with United ATS, which took place from April 21st to May 1st.
The event was held at the Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority headquarters with 41 trainees from various specialties and job levels, including employees and safety inspectors from central departments. This program aims to monitor and ensure compliance with aviation safety requirements by service providers.
Captain Amr El Sharkawi, President of the Civil Aviation Authority, praised the effective coordination with United ATS and its qualified training staff. He commended the valuable insights provided by the lecturers during the training program, enhancing the skills of employees and inspectors. El Sharkawi emphasized the importance of training and qualification, highlighting the trainees’ commitment to attending and fully benefiting from the course.
This training program marks the first collaboration with United ATS due to its outstanding expertise in the field, promising further diverse training courses for authority employees, benefiting Egyptian airlines in the future.
At the conclusion of the event, Captain Amr El Sharkawi, along with Brigadier General Mohamed Hassan, Deputy President of the Civil Aviation Authority, and Brigadier General Mullah Shoukry El Azab, Director General of United ATS, presented certificates of completion to the trainees.
