CAIRO, Sept. 24, 1956 — The modified trade agreement between Egypt and Libya was signed yesterday at the Foreign Ministry. Abdul Fattah Hassan, Deputy Foreign Minister, signed on behalf of the Egyptian government, while Sayed Seddik Muntasser, Libyan ambassador to Cairo, signed for his government.
