LONDON (Reuters) – Shipping traffic through the Strait of Hormuz remained broadly halted on Tuesday with only three ships passing the ‌waterway in the past 24 hours, shipping data showed.

Finnish President: Egypt is an essential partner

Finnish President Alexander Stubb held a media dialogue with anchor Dina Salem on the sidelines of the Egypt–Finland Business Forum in Cairo, attended by Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, ministers, senior officials, and business representatives from both countries.Stubb emphasized that in today’s highly turbulent world, Finland considers Egypt an essential partner. He praised Egypt’s prominent role in supporting regional stability and highlighted the country’s major achievements in recent years. 

Egypt, Finland business forum highlights strategic partnership

Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli took part on Tuesday in the Egypt–Finland Business Forum, held at the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones in Cairo, with the participation of Finnish President Alexander Stubb, several ministers, senior officials, and business representatives from both countries.
