Hyde Park Developments has achieved remarkable success in the first half of 2024, recording a staggering 280% increase in sales compared to the same period last year. The company’s sales surged to EGP 24.3 billion, up from EGP 6.4 billion in the previous year, cementing its status as one of Egypt’s fastest-growing real estate developers.
This exceptional growth has propelled Hyde Park Developments into the top tier of Egypt’s real estate sector. Notably, the company secured the seventh spot among the leading real estate developers in the North Coast, as highlighted by The Board Consulting report. This achievement is largely attributed to the strong performance of its North Coast project, which generated EGP 14.2 billion in sales during the first half of 2024.
The Seashore project, a significant contributor to Hyde Park’s success, has been instrumental in this impressive performance. Located strategically close to major highways and scenic beaches, the project has enjoyed outstanding sales across all its phases. The recent launch of the “Shoreville” phase further accelerated this success, with EGP 3 billion in sales achieved in record time. This marks Hyde Park Developments’ first venture into the North Coast, aligning with its strategy to diversify and expand its geographical reach. Spanning 240 acres at kilometer 214 on Ras El Hekma Road, Seashore offers a mix of modern design, prime location, and top-tier amenities.
Hyde Park Developments has also made significant strides with its projects in East and West Cairo. Key developments include Hyde Park New Cairo, a sprawling 6 million square meter project with a total investment of EGP 40 billion, and Towny in 6th of October, strategically positioned near essential services. Additionally, Garden Lakes in October City stands out with its contemporary designs, luxurious residential units, and extensive green spaces, offering residents an exceptional living experience.
