The 4th edition of the World Youth Forum (WYF) achieved unprecedented success, affirmed head of the Parliament’s Tourism and Civil Aviation Committee Noura Ali on Thursday.
The WYF issued several important recommendations that would draw the attention of the whole world, especially after the forum proceedings which covered a host of key issues in the presence of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
On the sidelines of her participation in the WYF, Ali said that the forum is considered an important step at the international level.
She also pointed out to the important files discussed during the forum’s sessions, including issues related to the repercussions of Covid-19, climate change, ways to eradicate poverty and human rights.
The WYF contributed to reviving and promoting Egypt’s tourism sector as a resulted of the positive image participating youths created, she said.
The Tourism Promotion Authority also participated with a pavilion at the forum, a move which acted as global promotion for Egyptian tourism, she noted.
