AIN SOKHNA – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi inspected on Thursday a quartz production complex in Ain Sokhna, in the Suez governorate.
During the inspection tour, Sisi stood on all details about the complex and the stages of production.
The complex groups four factories established on an area of about 66 feddans.

The complex includes a quartz primary crushing factory which was set up on an area of 12,000 square metres with a production capacity of 140,000 tonnes annually.
The complex includes an area for storing quartz output in addition to a factory for producing quartz panels at a production capacity of 438,000 tonnes annually.
About 40 percent of the complex’s area is green landscape.
The president listened to Ibrahim Mahfouz, the official in charge to two coal factories in the complex, who explained the stage of the quartz production in the two factories.
