CAIRO – Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi sent a cable of greetings to Montenegro President Milo Dukanovic on the occasion of his country’s Independence Day.
The Statehood Day is a holiday that occurs every year on July 13 in Montenegro to commemorate the day in 1878 on which the Berlin Congress recognized Montenegro as an independent state.
