CAIRO – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued presidential decree 324 of 2021 approving a 25-billion-yen loan to develop power sector reforms.
The Development Policy Loan for Power Sector Reform was signed between the Egyptian government and Japan International Co-operation Agency (JICA) on February 15, 2021.
The decree was published in the Gazette out Thursday.
