Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued Wednesday Republican decree no 531 of 2022 approving an greement between Egypt and the French Development Agency regarding a loan of 250 million euros in two segments.
The loan deal stipulates carrying out the Alexandria-Abu Qir metro project.
The parliament approved the decree, which was published in the official gazette out.
