EVIAN-LES-BAINS, France — French President Emmanuel Macron will receive Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Tuesday at the G7 summit venue in the French town of Evian-les-Bains.
During the visit, President El Sisi is set to participate in a working lunch titled “Addressing crises and ensuring stability in the Middle East.” This session will be followed by a group photograph with the participating leaders.
On the sidelines of the summit, President El Sisi will hold bilateral talks with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz. In the evening, he will attend an official dinner hosted by Mr Macron and his wife in honour of the attending heads of state and their spouses.
On Wednesday, the Egyptian president is scheduled to continue his series of bilateral meetings, including separate talks with US President Donald Trump and Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
President El Sisi will also take part in a G7 working lunch dedicated to ensuring the safe, fast, and effective deployment of artificial intelligence.
