The Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi met on Wednesday with Qatari Emir Tamim bin Hamad al Thani at the Amiri Diwan in the Qatari capital of Doha.
An official welcoming ceremony was held for president Sisi and the two national anthems were played and the guards of honour were reviewed.
The remarks were made by Presidential Spokesman Bassam Radi.
