Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Wednesday delegated brigadier Mohamed Omran to offer condolences over the death of pilot captain Mohamed Yousry Mahmoud el-Rafee.
Omran also extended the president’s sincere condolences to Rafee’s family members.
