Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi arrived on Saturday at Senghor University in New Borg El Arab City in Alexandria.
President Sisi is scheduled to inaugurate the university’s new headquarters in the presence of French President Emmanuel Macron and a number of African officials.
