Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Tuesday laid a wreath at the Armed Forces Martyrs Memorial in Nasr City to mark the 50th anniversary of the October War victory.
The president was accompanied by Defense and Military Production Minister Mohamed Zaki and Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Osama Askar.
President Sisi also laid a wreath at the tomb of late president Anwar el Sadat.
President Sisi then headed to the tomb of late leader Gamal Abdel Nasser in Cairo’s El Qobbah district, where he laid a wreath at his tomb.
