Assistant Interior Minister and Head of the Police Academy Hani Abuel Makarem on Tuesday said the graduation ceremony of a new batch of police cadets is being held amid achievements realised by the academy through a modernised security strategy outlined by the Ministry of Interior, with the aim of coping with scientific, training and technical development in the security domain.
Speaking at the ceremony which took place at the headquarters of the Police Academy in New Cairo, Makarem welcomed President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and thanked him for attending the ceremony.
He describing the academy as an iconic security facility meant to support Egypt’s security by graduating competent security cadres.
