Egyptian Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli asserted the State’s keenness on achieving the optimum management of companies of the public business sector and its assets.
Such sector is a milestone of developing industrial activities which are the locomotive of boosting national economy, added Madbouli during a meeting with Public Business Sector Minister Mahmoud Esmat.
The meeting was held on Wednesday to follow upon a number of the ministry’s work files in the current period.
Esmat tackled the executive situation of a project aimed at upgrading cotton gins and spinning and weaving factories nationwide as part of the State’s action plan to develop this strategic sector.
The minister also reviewed a development plan to benefit from companies-owned lands in order to increase production, job opportunities and employment rates.
He as well pointed out to the ministry’s role in supporting the industry sector on all fronts, with special focus on fostering partnership with the private sector.
