PM reviews efforts of gov. complaint system to meet citizens needs in Oct. 1 - Egyptian Gazette

Egypt’s Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli asserted the necessity of exerting strenuous efforts to examine all citizens’ complaints, with a view to meeting citizens’ needs and removing all obstacles besetting them in parallel with the government’s efforts to upgrade all levels of services.

The move is meant to meet all necessary demands of citizens and offer quality services to them, particularly to the most vulnerable brackets, the prime minister said.

Madbouli reviewed efforts of the unified government complaints system in the cabinet and related government bodies in October, 2023 through a detailed reported, prepared by director of the system Tariq al-Refai in this regard.

The measure is also aiming to benefit from initiatives, programs and projects to provide a decent life for people, said the premier.

Refai, for his part, said the system received 147,000 complaints and requests in October.
