During the meeting, Hashem highlighted the Academy’s role as a leading government institution that adapts to the significant advancements in higher education worldwide. He also outlined the Academy’s programmes, which are designed to meet the growing demand for qualified and specialised professionals in both the Egyptian and Arab job markets.

Dr Hashem emphasised that the Academy’s training centre continuously develops and delivers advanced programmes aimed at enhancing the performance of local administration staff and all state institutions. He stressed the importance of proper administrative qualifications for leadership positions, underscoring that the Academy, as the first government entity specialised in preparing public sector leaders, provides a range of educational programmes to equip future leaders.
