The Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (EJUST) will welcome the third intake of African students in 2022.
EJUST president Professor Ahmed el-Gohary said this comes within the national initiative to support human resources development in Africa.
The initiative was formulated during the Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD) in co-operation with the Japan International Co-operation Agency (JICA), el-Gohary added.
EJUST has offered 150 post-graduate scholarships in science, technology and scientific research.
The Japanese government through JICA has been supporting EJUST since 2008 with Japanese professors delivering the latest equipment and training programmes alongside industrial co-operation.
