Mrs Entissar El Sisi, spouse of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, has lauded the July 23 Revolution for having established the first republic and for contributing to the introduction of thorough changes in life in the society.

“Today we mark the 71st anniversary of the July 23 Revolution that established the first republic, contributed to making far-reaching changes in Egyptians’ life, ending colonialism and getting rid of corruption,” Egypt’s First Lady said on her official social media page on Sunday.

The July 23 Revolution was the fruit of a long and unprecedented national march by the Armed Forces backed by the great Egyptian people, Mrs Sisi added.
