Egypt’s Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation Hani Sewilam asserted his utmost keenness on regularly following up the complaints system in the ministry.
The move is meant to promote bridges of communication with citizens and immediately respond to their complaints to solve them as soon as possible as per laws and organised conditions, added Sewilam on Wednesday.
He said that such a system is one of the tools of the ministry to achieve justice and efficiency in water distribution serving all beneficiaries.
The minister received a report from chairperson of the central department for technical, financial and administrative inspection Iman Abdel Aziz on the situation of following upon the complaints system in the system
