CAIRO – Egyptian Speaker of the House of Representatives Hanafi Gebali has thanked President Abdel Fattah El Sisi for approving a package of social protection to Egyptians out of the state’s duty to mitigate burdens on citizens.
This came during a session to debate a draft law presented by the government on accelerating the date of regular pay raises.
On Sunday, Gebaly referred to specialised sub-committees republican decrees on international agreements and the social protection package to prepare reports on them.
The referred bills included presidential decree no. 24 of 2024 on exchanged letters about the smart energy project as part NWFE programme.
